If you wish your shipment to be shipped to another country, please send us an email to [email protected] and tell us the item with the quantity and the delivery address with the country and the corresponding zip code. We will then inform you at short notice whether we can ship to the desired country and, if necessary, inform you of the shipping costs.

The delivery within Germany usually takes 2-3 days. Experience has shown that delivery within the EU takes approx. 1-3 days longer. Delivery to non-EU countries within Europe takes about 7-10 days longer.

Shipping costs

Within Germany and other EU countries we deliver free of charge. 

For deliveries from outside EU countries we charge 15 EUR shipping costs per order up to 5kg. Costs for orders above 5kg we calculate individually. 

Deliveries in our store are carried out via DHL

The delivery time is from 1-3 business days (shipments in Germany). We also carry out shipments outside of Germany via DHL, the delivery time for foreign shipments is from 2-10 business days – for foreign shipments, prepayment to a bank account or payment by card PayPal.

 

Instructions for collecting the parcel

  1. The most important information – how to safely collect the parcel:

Check the condition of the outer packaging carefully:

That the packaging is not damaged, torn, dented, punctured, wet, etc.

Are the tapes securing the parcel not torn, cut, etc.

If everything is ok, sign the bill of lading.

Collect the package and open it in the presence of the courier. 

Check if the delivery is complete (in accordance with the order specification – invoice or receipt) and the products are not damaged.

 When the parcel is damaged in transit:

If the external appearance of the package, the condition of the products or the quantity of products raises your concerns, prepare a damage report in the presence of the courier. Failure to find any irregularities in the quantitative or qualitative condition of the shipment at the time of receipt may have a negative impact on the result of considering the complaint (claims) of the Customer (Recipient) for damage or loss of content in transport.

If the courier refuses to wait for the verification of the condition of the outer packaging or the contents, inform him that in the event of damage or non-compliance of the contents of the shipment with the order, he will have to come again in order to draw up a damage report. The courier company is obliged to draw up a damage report with the recipient of the shipment within 7 days of its delivery.

If the parcel raised your concerns after the courier’s departure, contact the Customer Service Office of the courier company delivering the parcel immediately – in order to report an intervention. Please have the shipment number ready. After preparing the intervention, you will receive a notification number along with the expected date of the courier’s visit to prepare a damage report.

 

Damage protocol – remember to:

  • fill in all the fields in accordance with the facts,
  • check the courier, in particular in terms of how to secure and describe the damage,
  • keep the original protocol to yourself.

Notify us of any objection to the condition of the package or the contents of the shipment within 24 hours from the moment of the event.
