Shipping Costs and Information

We deliver at fair rates. Shipping is handled by DHL. We also deliver to more countries beyond the EU, but shipping costs do vary. If your country is not listed at the checkout, please email us at orders@displine.com. Please provide the item name, quantity, and delivery address. We will promptly inform you if we can ship to the desired country and, if possible, provide the shipping costs. These costs need to be confirmed with our shipping partner beforehand.

Payment Information

The following payment methods are generally available in our online shop.

Credit Card

When you place an order, you provide your credit card details. After verifying your identity as the legitimate cardholder, the payment process will be automatically carried out, and your card will be charged.

PayPal, PayPal Express

During the ordering process, you will be redirected to the PayPal website. To pay the invoice amount via PayPal, you must be registered or first sign up, authenticate with your login details, and confirm the payment instructions to us. After placing your order in the shop, we instruct PayPal to initiate the payment transaction. Shortly after, the payment transaction is automatically carried out by PayPal. Shop Pay (Shopify Payments)

During the checkout process, you can choose the Shop Pay option. Shop Pay is an accelerated checkout solution by Shopify that allows you to securely save your email address, credit card, shipping, and billing information. This significantly speeds up the checkout process for future purchases.

If you use Shop Pay, you’ll be redirected to verify your order. Depending on your settings, verification is completed either via a six-digit code sent by SMS or email, or by using a Shop Passkey. Once verified, you’ll return to the checkout to complete your purchase.
