Shipment
How long does delivery take?
After receipt of your order, your order will be handed over to our shipping service provider within 24 hours. If you order on working days by 10 a.m., the goods will be handed over on the same day.
Shipping within Germany usually takes 2-4 working days.
Within Europe 3-6 working days.
Who is the shipping service provider?
Our packages are sent with DHL.
How much is the shipping?
Our shipping costs are fair and transparent.
Within Germany: 5,00€
Within the EU: 15,00€
To the UK: 20,00 GBP
To Switzerland: 20,00 CHF
We take care of customs clearance – no additional charges apply.
Exact shipping costs for non-EU countries are calculated automatically at checkout.

Will you inform me about the status of my delivery?
As soon as your package has been handed over to our shipping service provider, you will receive an email with your tracking number to track your shipment status.

How can I pay?
You can pay with a credit card, PayPal, Klarna Sofortüberweisung, or Klarna Invoice.
Can I return my order?
As a private customer, you naturally have the option to return your order within the 30-day withdrawal period.
Please note that we may refuse the return of scratched, incomplete, or damaged goods, as well as returns made outside the withdrawal period.
If you wish to return a product, please contact us via email at orders@displine.com, providing your order number.
Is the return free of charge?
Returns are free of charge within Germany, the UK, and Switzerland.
Please contact orders@displine.com, and you will receive a return label.
For returns outside Germany, the UK, and Switzerland, please also contact orders@displine.com. In this case, the return must be arranged independently.

How do I get my money back?
As soon as the return has arrived and been inspected, your money will be promptly refunded to the original payment method.
Does my iPad fit into the mount?
The compatibility of your iPad with the mount depends on the generation, model, and display size of your device. If you’re unsure which iPad model you have, you can identify it using the model number at: https://support.apple.com/en_US/specs You can find the model number either on the back of your iPad or by going to Settings > General > About > Model Number.
What is the difference between the Companion Wall and the Dame Wall?
Displine offers two product lines of wall mounts: Companion Wall and Dame Wall. These differ in both design and finish.
Companion Wall is designed primarily for customers who value excellent value for money. It features a robust construction with angular lines and a thicker stable frame. Companion Wall is available in powder-coated black and white.
Dame Wall, on the other hand, is aimed at customers who are looking for a premium-quality product. It is finely crafted, with the slimmest frame and a rounded, elegant design that fits closely around the iPad. The surface is available in powder-coated white as well as anodized black and silver, giving Dame Wall a smooth, refined texture that is perfectly matched to the iPad.

What defines the Home Series?
The Home Series is a product line we created to meet our customers’ desire for greater flexibility. The wall mounts feature an open-frame design that allows for quick and easy removal of the tablet. Additionally, the Home Series includes an integrated charging cable.
The Home Series is available in both the Companion Wall and Dame Wall variants. The Dame Wall Home also features an integrated rotation unit, allowing for a flexible change of viewing orientation.
Do you offer custom-made solutions?
In exceptional cases, depending on the quantity, we do offer custom-made solutions. Thanks to our expertise in aluminum processing, we are able to tailor products to your specific requirements.
