Shipping
How long does the shipping take?
After receipt of your order it will be handed over to our shipping service provider within 24 hours. If you order on a working day until 10 am, the order will be handed over on the same day.
Shipping within Germany usually takes 2-4 business days.
Within Europe 3-6 working days.
Who is the shipping service provider?
Our packages are shipped with DHL.
What is the shipping cost?
Shipping within Germany and to Austria is free of charge.
Shipping to Switzerland costs 20€.
If you want a delivery to another country, please contact us at info@displine.com or via the contact form, we will be happy to provide more information.
Will you inform me about the status of my delivery?
Once your package has been handed over to our shipping service provider, you will receive an email with your tracking number to track your shipment status.
To which countries does Displine ship?
We ship worldwide. Currently, however, you can order in the online store only within Germany, Austria or Switzerland (DACH). If you wish a delivery to another country, please contact us at info@displine.com .

How can I pay?
You can pay via credit card, PayPal, Klarna immediate bank transfer or Klarna invoice.

Can I return my order?
As a private customer you have, of course, the possibility to return your order within the 14-day.
Please note that we can refuse to take back scratched, incomplete or damaged goods.
Likewise returns outside the cancellation period.
Should you wish to return a product, please contact us by email at orders@displine.com quoting your order number.
Is the return free of charge?
Within Germany the return is free of charge. Please contact orders@displine.com and you will receive a return label.
For returns outside Germany, please also contact orders@displine.com, the return must be arranged on its own. Return shipping to:

How do I get my money back?
Once the return has been received and verified, your money will be promptly refunded to the original method of payment.

Will my iPad fit in the wall mount?
The compatibility of the iPad with the wall mount depends on the generation and model of the iPad and the inch size of the display. If you don't know which model your iPad is, you can find it out by searching for the model number athttps://support.apple.com/de_DE/specsidentifizieren.You can find the model number on the back of your iPad or in Settings > General > About > Model number.
What is the difference between Companion Wall and Dame Wall?
Displine has 2 product lines of tablet wall mounts, Companion Wall and Dame Wall. These differ in design and finish.
Companion Wall is aimed primarily at customers who value a very good price-quality ratio. Companion Wall is very robust, with angular lines and thicker, sturdy frame. It is is available in white and black powder-coated finish.
Dame Wall is aimed at customers who value a particularly high-quality product. It is very finely crafted, has narrow frame and envelopes the tablet particularly tightly, with rounded lines. The surface is available in white powder-coated and in black and silver anodized, giving Dame Wall a very fine and smooth feel, which is perfectly suited to the iPad.

What characterizes the Home series?
The Home series is a range of products that we have created to meet the desire for flexibility of our customers. The wall mounts have an open design, which allows the quick removal of the tablet. In addition, the Home Series has an integrated charging cable.
The Home Series is available in Companion Wall and Dame Wall versions. Dame Wall Home also has an integrated rotation unit, which enables a flexible change of view.
Do you offer custom made products?
In some cases, depending on the quantity, we do offer custom designed products. Thanks to our expertise in aluminum processing, we can meet various specific requirements.
