How long does the shipping take?
After receipt of order, your order will be handed over to our shipping service provider within 24 hours. If you order on working days until 10 am, the goods will be handed over on the same day.
The shipping within Germany usually takes 2-4 business days.
Within Europe 3-6 business days.
Who is the shipping provider?
Our packages are shipped with DHL.
What is the shipping costs?
The shipping within Germany is free of charge.
Shipping to Switzerland costs 20€.

Will you inform me about the status of my delivery?
Once your package has been handed over to our shipping service provider, you will receive an email with your tracking number, to track your shipment status.
To wich countries do you deliver?
We ship worldwide. Currently, however, you can order in the online store only within Germany or Switzerland. If you want a delivery to another country, please contact us at email@example.com .
How can I pay?
With us you can pay via credit card or PayPal. Within Germany you can additionally pay via Klarna Sofortüberweisung or Klarna invoice.
Can I return my order?
As a private customer you have the possibility to return your order within the 14-day right of withdrawal.
Please note that we can refuse the return of scratched, incomplete or damaged goods.
Same goes for returns outside the cancellation period.

How do I get my money back?
Once the return has been received and verified, your money will be promptly refunded to the original means of payment.
Does my iPad fit into the wall mount?
The compatibility of the iPad with the wall mount depends on the generation and model of the iPad and the inch size of the display. If you do not know which model your iPad is, you can identify it by the model number at https://support.apple.com/de_DE/specs. You can find the model number on the back of your iPad or in the settings > General > Info > Model number.
What is the difference between Companion Wall and Dame Wall?
Displine has 2 product lines of wall mounts, Companion Wall and Dame Wall. These differ in design and surface.
Companion Wall is aimed primarily at customers who value a very good price-performance ratio. Companion Wall is very robust with angular lines and thicker, sturdy frame. Companion Wall is available in white and black powder coated.
Dame Wall is aimed at customers who value a particularly high-quality product. Dame Wall is very finely crafted, has the narrowest frame and nestles particularly tightly around the tablet, with rounded lines. The surface is available in white powder coated and anodized in black and silver, giving Dame Wall a very fine and smooth feel, which is perfectly matched to the iPad.

What makes the home series?
The Home Series is a range of products that we have created to meet the desire for flexibility of our customers. The wall mounts have an open frame, which allows the quick removal of the tablet. In addition, the Home Series has an integrated charging cable.
The Home series is available in Companion Wall as well as Dame Wall. Dame Wall Home also features an integrated Rotation Unit, which allows for flexible view changes.
Do you offer custom designs?
In exceptional cases, depending on the number of pieces, we offer special designs. Here, thanks to our expertise in aluminum processing, we can specifically address your customer needs.
